Project in cooperation with landscape architect John Baret. Private residence of about 1000 sqm built on a plot of 9 acres. Rectangular main building material clay, limestone from the East Coast and method rustic wooden frame - English 13th-century style with wooden members only. Home capable of producing about 2.5 KW\p\h on using photovoltaic cell - voltaic system, heat-pump and heating system - steam warming system is the sub - floor, heated pool and shower. cellar energy storage with batteries gel-based environmentally friendly.
