המשרד מתעסק בשנים האחרונות בהתחדשות עירונית ובפרוייקטים של תמ"א 38 לחיזוק מבנים וכרגע מתכנן פרוייקטים בתל אביב, גבעתיים, רמת גן, נתניה, והרצליה.
בעל B.Bld.Arts ו M.Arch באדריכלות מאוניברסיטת נלסון מנדלה מטרופוליטן Univerity NMMU בפורט אליזבת, דרום אפריקה. בוגר בשנת 2005 בניהולו של פרופ 'ג'ון Rashmir. זכה בפרס מדליית הנשיא היוקרתי RIBA בלונדון בשנת 2006, על התזה בעיצוב עירוני בדרום אפריקה. זכה בציון כבוד בשימוש צבע פרס האדריכלות ולהצגה של אקספו עבודה ביוהנסבורג בשנת 2004. הקמת משרד אדריכלי בקייפטאון עם אדריכל הנוף ג'ון בארט בשנת 2006. בעל ניסיון רב בתכנון והקמה של פרויקטים למגורים ולמלונאות בטבע עתודות בדרום אפריקה סביבה עירונית. המשרד מתמחה באדריכלות אקולוגית ועיצוב "בתים חכמים " תוך שימוש בטכנולוגיות בנייה שונות, וכן שילוב של טכנולוגיה חדשנית לאחסון אנרגיה מתחדשת.
ב-2012 סיים לימודי תואר שני בעיצוב אורבני בבצלאל, אקדמיה לאמנות ועיצוב ירושלים תחת פרופ' זאב דרוקמן ופרופ' מייק טרנר. השתתף בשלושה סמינרים באירופה בהשתתפות סטודנטים לתואר שני בעיצוב אורבני בברלין, ברנו צ'כיה ובאקדמיה לארכיטקטורה במוסקבה.
אדריכל מייקל כספי פתח את המשרד ב- 2005 בקייפ טאון בדרום אפריקה ורכש ניסיון רב בתחום המגורים, משרדים, ומלונאות. בארץ משרדינו מתרכז בתכנון מגדלי מגורים גבוהים ורבי קומות ובנייני ציבור שונים ומגוונים.
ב-2009 אדריכל מייקל כספי פתח את המשרד בתל אביב ומשרת לקוחות בארץ בבניה כפרית, התחדשות עירונית, מרכזי תרבות, מסחר ותכנון ערים. צוות המשרד מלווה את הפרוייקטים של המשרד מתחילתו ועד סופו בהתעדכנות בטכנולוגיה הרלוונטית לכל פרוייקט - שירות המקנה רמת גימור מעולה לבניין ולסביבה.
בעל רישיון אדריכל בדרום אפריקה וישראל.
מלווה בניה ירוקה למבנים מוסמך על ידי מכון התקנים הישראלי לתקן בניה ירוקה לפי 5281 , יועץ טרמי למבנים (1045 ו - 5282).
מפקח בניה - קורס ניהול ופיקוח בניה, מכללת בילדינג.
חבר בעמותת מרחב.
חבר עמותת האדריכלים המאוחדים, יפו.
ABOUT THE STUDIO
Michael Caspi architects was established by Architect Michael Caspi since 2005 in Cape Town, South Africa and relocated its branch to Tel Aviv in 2009. The Studio advocates sustainable architecture, green architecture and the design of Eco-sensitive projects world wide. Through a wide range of fields that we deal with, including architecture, urban design and industrial design, we offer a unique design approach tailored to each and every project.
ARCHITECT MICHAEL CASPI
Holds a B.Bld.Arts and M.Arch in Architecture from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Univerity NMMU in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Graduated in 2005 under the direction of Professor John Rashmir. Won the prestigious President's Medal award from RIBA in London in 2006, on the final thesis for urban design in South Africa. Won Honorary mention in the use of color in architecture Award and presentation of work expo in Johannesburg in 2004. Establishment of Architectural office in Cape Town with landscape architect John Baret in 2006. Extensive experience in the design and construction of residential and hotel projects in nature reserves in South Africa and urban environment. The office specializes in ecological architecture and design "smart homes" using different construction technologies, and a combination of innovative technology and renewable energy storage. Designed and built ecological projects in South Africa and Israel.
In 2012 Completed his studies in M.DesUrb (Masters in urban design) at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem under the guidance of Prof. Zeev Druckman and Prof. Mike Turner. Participates in Master class across Europe with Master degree students among architects from Bezalel and share discussions on the influential urban renewal and the ongoing formulation of the question how the city can be a better place for interacting and living in it.
Registered architect in South Africa and israel. Member of the SACAP (South African council for the architectural profession) and the Israeli architects council Tel-aviv.
